I'd like to have your input:

What's your worst email experience?

I received an email after a big conference from someone saying how nice it was to meet me and he hopes to work together in the future. The problem is, I don't remember him at all. He didn't include any information--other than his name--to give me a clue to who he is (who he works for, what he does, etc.). It's been bugging me ever since, especially since I don't want to email him back to tell him I can't remember who he is.

Hi Melinda,

Coincidently, today was the worst email(s) I ever received. Not that the e-mails themselves were bad, in fact they were quite wonderful. The problem was that I sent out emails to all of my people to let them know that I now have a blog and to please leave comments. Now I know that I am quite green at this, however I do know that the whole point of blogging is to dialogue ... Every single person did in fact reply . . . back to my "e-mail" telling me how much they liked my blog with comments. Hummmm, a bit challenging this blogging.

Attachments!!!!!! Someone emailed me an advertisement with an attachment. I thought the introductory was very interesting and I wanted to read the rest. When I opened the attachment my computer froze and I had to shut down. In the process, I lost part of a document that I had open in another program. Needless to say, I deleted the email and never got a chance to find out what was being offered.
